7 steps to a new home

  1. Request a Preliminary Custom Design & Quotation

Upmarket Homes in-house designers prepare your preliminary Custom Design. The design will be site specific taking advantage for your unique block characteristics. Upmarket Homes will also provide a full itemized quotation.
*Clients to pay initial design fee and provide site survey.

  1. Acceptance of the Quotation

Upmarket Homes Quotation is based on your preliminary Custom Design plans and inclusions, we offer a detailed pricing schedule which gives you the opportunity to make an educated decision.

Upon acceptance of your Custom Design and Quotation, we’ll ask for your initial deposit and implement any final updates and changes that you may have.

  1. Plan Preparation

Our in-house designers prepare architectural plans featuring façade finishes and all elevations.

  1. Building Approval Application

Once you’ve initialed and accepted your final draft custom design plans, we prepare all documentation for approvals.

  1. Approval Received

Great news! Once Upmarket Homes receive your approved building plans, we double check the approval documents and move forward and arrange construction certificate.

  1. HIA Building Contracts

Upmarket Homes will arrange a time to sign your HIA Building Contracts together with you. We will request your land and finance requirements set out in the quotation.

  1. Construction begins!

After we have finalized all contracts, approvals and colour selections, work is set to commence.
