Step 2: Accept Quotation

Upmarket Homes Quotation covers your complete knockdown rebuild project including demolition, asbestos removal (if required), service disconnections, site preparation, and your new custom home construction. Our detailed pricing schedule gives you complete transparency with no hidden costs.

Step 3: Finalise Plans and Inclusions

At payment of your tender acceptance fee, our in-house designers prepare full construction plans and lodge your DA application with ACT Planning. We coordinate all demolition permits, building approvals, and service authority requirements. Our construction team finalises your specifications and inclusions while approvals progress.

Step 4: Plan Approval Application
