Prior to handing over the keys, we will compile a completion list with you for the completion of your property. At handover, an Upmarket Homes representative will complete a walkthrough of your home with you. We then review the completion list and sign off on it. Within the 90-day maintenance period, we also complete a follow-up walkthrough and compile a maintenance list, ensuring that you love your new home.
